Venue, Accommodation and Boarding
This is the tenth time the conference will come to Kouty nad Desnou, a gorgeous place in the Jeseníky mountains. Boarding for the participants is included in the conference fee. We hope that you will enjoy the chosen venue as much as the 150 conference participants did last time.

The conference takes place at hotel Dlouhe Strane (www.hotelds.cz/en/). Boarding will be provided directly at the conference venue.
The hotel is situated 100 m from the Kouty nad Desnou train terminal in the Northern part of Jeseníky - the highest Moravian mountains.

Participants are requested to familiarize themselves with visa requirements well in advance of the conference.
The EPE2019 organizers cannot intervene with Embassies abroad on behalf of any participant.
However, if you need a personal invitation letter to attend the conference, please contact us via e-mail epe2019@epe-conference.eu as soon as possible. A signed, scanned invitation letter will then be sent to you via e-mail.

Getting to the Kouty nad Desnou
Getting to the Kouty nad Desnou couldn’t be easier, situated in the Northern part of Jeseniky mountains is serviced by two major international airports and has effortless road access from the capital city of the Czech Republic.
Airports
The Kouty nad Desnou is serviced by two major airports. Vaclav Havel Airport Prague in Prague and Leos Janacek Ostrava Airport in Ostrava. We recommend travelling to Vaclav Havel Airport in Prague and then continuing by train.
Trains
If you are flying into Prague you can catch a bus (Airport Express AE) to the Prague main station (Praha hl. n.) and then you can catch the train from the Prague main station (Praha hl. n.) to the Kouty nad Desnou terminal station.
You can find train connections from Prague to the Kouty nad Desnou here . Hotel Dlouhé Stráně is 5 minutes uphill on foot from train station. There is also link to buy tickets online for both trains:
Praha hl.n. (Prague) -> Zábřeh na Moravě and Zábřeh na Moravě -> Kouty n. Desnou.
