Instructions
Instructions concern all the persons participating at the conference, including accompanying persons.
The organization of the conference will be done through this web site and e-mail communication. The first step is the registration. Your user name and password will be sent to you and you will be able to add data in your registration, upload your paper etc.

Accommodation and Boarding
Accommodation and boarding will be provided directly at the conference venue. Participation at the conference (including boarding, refreshments and the social evening) will require payment of the fee. The same applies to including your paper in the proceedings.
Accommodation is included in conference fee and will be arranged at Hotel Dlouhe Strane

Proceedings
The proceedings will contain only papers sent by the conference redaction system before deadlines. Fee-paying participants will get electronic proceedings.
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the electronic conference proceedings under ISBN. Previous conferences papers were published in IEEE Xplore digital library and indexed by Conference Proceedings Citation Index CPCI included in ISI Web of Knowledge and by Scopus database. All of these databases will also be asked to publish EPE 2019 papers.
