Information for Authors

Please read carefully!

If you want to participate at our conference as an author, please pay attention to the following instructions. It is necessary to follow them in order to avoid problems in the process of paper publication. First of all, it is necessary to respect formal requirements given by paper templates.


Common information

All persons participating at the conference - including authors - must first register. Registration is done online through a form at the conference web site. After a successful registration, you will be sent an e-mail with login data that you will use in Administration Area. Once logged in, you can enter all necessary data, e.g. abstracts, full papers, invoice data, accommodation reservation.

Paper Length

Registered authors can publish one paper in length of max. 6 pages (4 pages are minimum) in the final form according to the template and the fee for publishing this paper is involved in the registration fee. For publishing of max. one other paper the author has to pay additional publishing costs.

Full text of the paper can not exceed 6 pages of text in the final form according to template.

All authors have to keep Antiplagiarism rules. See: www.ieee.org.

The papers from previous conference years were published in IEEE Xplore digital library and indexed at Web of Science and Scopus database.

As a condition for involving the paper into the proceedings, it is necessary to present the paper at the conference by at least one of the authors.

Selected extended conference papers can be submitted in Advances in Electrical and Electronic Engineering journal.

Final paper submission

Final submission must be proceed from April 7 till April 13!!!

In order to clarify scoring of the papers, here you can find notes to reviews.

Papers presentation

According to the conference programme, authors will present papers one from the following way:

  • Lecture in oral session
  • Short Presentation (oral)

Way of your presentation will be set before conference and you can find it in conference programme.

Lecture in Oral session: Duration 10 min + 5 min discussion.
Short presentations (oral): Duration 6 min, discussion after all presentations at the end of Session.

For Short presentation prepare your presentation pointing out the most important contribution of your paper. Bring also printed version of your paper. There is a time for discussion after all presentations. You can discuss it with other participants at the allotted table.

Dear Authors, please send your presentation (in Microsoft Powerpoint or PDF format) at latest on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 to organizers (mail: epe2017@epe-conference.eu).

We kindly ask you to be present at least 10 minutes before the session starts. Introduce yourself to the chairman and deliver your presentation.

Presentation facilities

In case of present your paper as oral lecture, suitable format of presentation is required due to accesible facility for the presentation. Following facilities will be available:

  • Videodata projector with XGA resolution (1024x768 pixels)
  • MS Windows 7
  • MS Office 2010 (MS Power Point 2010)
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader 10
