Important Dates
Please do not forget to note in your diaries important dates concerning the conference. If the deadlines are not observed, papers may not be published in the proceedings.

If you have any problem concerning the deadlines, please contact us in advance so that we can discuss it and propose a possible solution. By doing this, you will help us avoid complications.

Please note that your payment status will be updated in aprox. 10 day time interval. Thank you for your undestanding.
Full fee includes accomodation May 17th to 19th (two nights), boarding, social events, refreshment, digital proceedings and necessary conference organizing costs (include VAT).
Accompanying person fee (e.g. your wife/husband - NOT participant of the Conference) includes accomodation May 17th to 19th (two nights), boarding and social events (include VAT).
In case of collective payment for multiple participants it is necessary to list names including amount for particular persons (Message to payee). It is impossible to identify payment without these entries.
