Instructions

The organization of the conference will be done through this web site and e-mail communication. The first step is the registration. Your user name and password will be sent to you and you will be able to add data in your registration, upload your paper etc.

Accommodation and Boarding

Accommodation and boarding will be provided directly at the conference venue. Participation at the conference (including boarding, refreshments and the social evening) will require payment of the fee. The same applies to including your paper in the proceedings.

Accommodation is included in conference fee and will be arranged at Hotel Dlouhe Strane

Proceedings

The proceedings will contain only papers sent by the conference redaction system before deadlines. Fee-paying participants will get electronic proceedings.

All accepted and presented papers will be published in the electronic conference proceedings under ISBN. The papers from previous EPE conferences were published in IEEE Xplore digital library and indexed in Scopus and the Web of Science. All of these databases will also be asked to publish EPE 2024 papers.

Visa Information and Support

Participants are requested to familiarize themselves with visa requirements well in advance of the conference. The conference organizers cannot intervene with Embassies abroad on behalf of any participant.

However, if you need a personal invitation letter to attend the conference, please contact us via e-mail epe2024@epe-conference.eu as soon as possible. A signed, scanned invitation letter will then be sent to you via e-mail.

To check visa requirements for the Czech Republic, please visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic websites: VISA and COUNTRY.

On request we will provide you the Conference invitation letter that states the dates of the event, the organizer's details and confirmation of your registration to attend the event. Before You send a request for the Conference invitation letter, make sure that you have registered to the conference and completed your payment.

Requests without proof of payment cannot be accommodated. Check that your passport is valid for at least three months after the date of departure from the Czech Republic.
