Venue, Accommodation and Boarding
It is the fourth time the conference will come to Brno, to a nice place near the Brno Lake. Boarding for the participants is included in the conference fee. We hope that you will enjoy the chosen venue at least as much as you did the last time.

The conference takes place at hotel SANTON near the Brno lake (Hotel Santon). Boarding will be provided directly at the conference venue.

VISA Information
Participants are requested to familiarize themselves with visa requirements well in advance of the conference.
The EPE2018 organizers cannot intervene with Embassies abroad on behalf of any participant.
However, if you need a personal invitation letter to attend the conference, please contact as by email epe2018@epe-conference.eu as soon as possible. A signed scanned invitation letter will then be sent to you by email.

How to get to the place
Brno Airport
From the Brno airport (Letiště Tuřany) to the main station (Hlavní nádraží) you can use public transport, bus 76 (Letiště Tuřany -> Hlavní nádraží; about 20 min).
Prague Airport
From the Prague airport (Letiště Václava Havla Praha, Ruzyně) you can take bus Student Agency to Brno main station (Hlavní nádraží) with the transfer at Prague bus station Florenc (Praha, ÚAN Florenc); about 200 min. It is necessary to make a reservation to the bus in advance. The payment is available online via bank card.
Brno Main station
From the main station (Hlavní nádraží) to the hotel (Přístaviště stop) you can use public transport, tram 1 (direction Bystrc, Ečerova). Hlavní nádraží -> Přístaviště; about 27 min.
Bus station
From the bus station you can easily get to the main station on foot (5 min), going along the shopping center Vaňkovka and than you can use tram 1.
Town center
From the town center (Česká stop) to the hotel (Přístaviště stop) you can use public transport, tram 3 (direction Bystrc, Rakovecká). Česká -> Přístaviště; about 20 min.
By car
Getting to Brno, using D1 motorway, take exit 190 (Brno - západ, BVV) and then take the direction Bystrc, Přehrada (Dam).
