Instructions
Instructions concern all the persons participating at the conference, including accompanying persons.
The organization of the conference will be done through this web site and e-mail communication. The first step is the registration. Your user name and password will be sent to you and you will be able to add data in your registration, upload your paper etc.

Accommodation and Boarding
Accommodation and boarding will be provided directly at the conference venue. Participation at the conference (including boarding, refreshments and social evening) will require payment of the fee. The same applies to including your paper in the proceedings.
Accomodation is excluded from conference fee and will be arranged at Orea Resort Santon***. In case of full capacity, conference Secretariat will offer a number of various categories hotels at the reduced rates located within a reasonable distance from the venue.
There are preliminary booked double rooms for conference participants in hotel Santon***. Participants are responsible for their accommodation booking and payment themselves.

Promo code for booking is EPE2018 - enter this code in the order form. The code is valid for the term of the accommodation 16. - 18.5. 2018 and guarantees accommodation prices - double room: 1.160, - CZK per night and 2 person (approx 46 EUR), single room: 1.000, - CZK per night and 1 person (approx 40 EUR).

Proceedings
The proceedings will contain only papers sent by conference redaction system until deadlines. Fee-paying participants will get electronic proceedings.
The proceedings will contain only papers sent before the deadline through conference editorial system. Fee paying participants will get electronic conference proceedings. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the electronic conference proceedings under ISBN. Previous conferences papers were published in IEEE Xplore digital library and indexed by Conference Proceedings Citation Index CPCI included in ISI Web of Knowledge and by Scopus database. All of these databases will be asked to publish also EPE 2018 papers.
