Deadlines and payment
Important Dates
Please do not forget to note in your diaries important dates concerning the conference. If the deadlines are not observed, papers may not be published in the proceedings.

If you have any problem concerning the deadlines, please contact us in advance so that we can discuss it and propose a possible solution. By doing this, you will help us avoid complications.
Fee payment

Full fee includes accomodation May 20th to 22nd (two nights), boarding, social evenings, refreshment, digital proceedings and necessary conference organizing costs (include VAT).
In case of collective payment for multiple participants it is necessary to list names including amount for particular persons (Message to payee). It is impossible to identify payment without these entries.
