Please read carefully!

If you want to participate at our conference as an author, please pay attention to the following instructions. It is necessary to follow them in order to avoid problems in the process of paper publication. First of all, it is necessary to respect formal requirements given by paper templates.

Common information

All persons participating at the conference - including authors - must first register. Registration is done online through a form at the conference web site. After a successful registration, you will be sent an e-mail with login data that you will use in Administration Area. Once logged in, you can enter all necessary data, e.g. abstracts, full papers, invoice data, accommodation reservation.

Paper Length

Registrated authors can publish one paper in lenght of max 6 pages (4 pages are minimum) and the fee for publishing of this paper is involved in registration fee. For publishing of every other paper author pays publishing costs in amount of 50 €
(1 300 CZK). To one registration author can insert MAX. two papers.

As a condition for involving the paper into the proceedings, which will be indexed in IEEE database, it is necessary to present the paper on the conference by at least one of the authors according to assigned type of presentation.

For acceptance of paper is NECESSARY that the paper is formatted according to the valid papers template - see “Paper templates” on this page below.

Papers presentation

According to the conference programme, authors will presented papers one from the following way

  • INVITED PRESENTATION: 20 minutes + discussion (5 minutes)
  • STANDARD PRESENTATION: 10 minutes + discussion (5 minutes)
  • SPECIAL PRESENTATION: 10 minutes + discussion (5 minutes)

Way of your presentation you can find in conference programme.

We kindly ask you to be present at least 10 minutes before the session starts. Introduce yourself to the chairman and deliver your presentation.


Presentation facilities

In case of present your paper as oral lecture, suitable format of presentation is required due to accesible facility for the presentation. Following facilities will be available:

  • Videodata projector with XGA resolution (1024x768 pixels)
  • MS Windows 7
  • MS Office 2010 (MS Power Point 2010)
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader verze 10

Full Papers

Please, prepare your text of full paper according to instruction below. Deadline for full paper delivery is February 16, 2014

Papers including reviewers comments are required by April 4, 2014.

Paper Templates

Please insert your full paper text into the prepared templates. We recommended type the paper directly to prepared templates (before inserting text through the copy from other file). There is two version of templates - for MS Word version and LaTeX. If you will not be able type paper in prepared templates, please do not hasite contact us as soon as possible for handling this problem.

For acceptance of paper is NECESSARY that the paper is formatted according to the valid papers template.
